Milcheispulver Salted Caramel-Geschmack
36% VOLLMILCHpulver, Zucker, Dextrose, Glukosesirup, MAGERMILCHpulver, Inulin, Stabilisatoren: E 412, E 466, E 410.
1,2% Speisesalz, Arome, karamelisierter Zucker
Kann Spuren von VOLLEIPULVER und WEIZEN enthalten

Zubereitung
  • 1 Beutel (1,4 kg) plus 3,6 l kaltes Trinkwasser
  • Pulver mit dem Trinkwasser zu einer homogenen Masse verrühren
  • nach kurzer Quellzeit unter öfterem Umrühren der Eismaschine zuführen
  • in der Softeismachine zu Softeis verarbeiten
 
Das Produkt ist zur Pasteurisation geeignet.
